Microsoft SkyDrive 2012 Build 17.0.2003

Microsoft SkyDrive 2012 Build 17.0.2003

SkyDrive for Windows is the easiest way to access your SkyDrive from your PC. SkyDrive is a desktop client for SkyDrive accounts designed to enable users to easily manage and transfer files. When you install SkyDrive, a SkyDrive folder is created on your PC. Everything you put in this folder is automatically kept in sync between your computers (PC or Mac) and SkyDrive.com, so you can get to your latest files from virtually anywhere. Whenever you add, change, or delete files in one location, all the other locations will be updated. All files can be managed from the SkyDrive folder, without the need to use a browser. SkyDrive places an icon in the system tray, from where you will be able to access all of its features. In order to transfer files, just navigate to the SkyDrive folder located on your PC and drag and drop the files you wish to transfer to your account.
If you forgot to put something in your SkyDrive folder, you can still get back to your PC to access all its files and folders from SkyDrive.com

Features:
• Access your SkyDrive right from Windows Explorer — photos, documents, and all your other important files.
• Quickly add new files to SkyDrive by dragging them to the SkyDrive folder.
• Easily organize your files and folders in SkyDrive, just like any other folder.
• Connect back to your PC if you forget to put something in SkyDrive.

Changes in Microsoft SkyDrive 16.4.6006.0718 Beta:
- SkyDrive for Windows desktop will power a new feature in the upcoming Windows 8 Release Preview, which will allow, from the Windows 8 Photos app, a user to fetch photos stored on other PCs that has SkyDrive installed – no matter where you are or how many terabytes of photos you have stored on the PC you are accessing.
- SkyDrive for OS X Lion no longer shows an app icon in the dock when running.
- The SkyDrive folder now updates more quickly and reliably when changes are made on other devices, including SkyDrive.com.
- The limit on the number of total files in the SkyDrive folder created by the apps has been raised from 150,000 to a 10 million.
- Many smaller bug fixes to improve overall reliability.
